Delivery By Chams LLC provides local courier and delivery services including same-day delivery, bulk item pickup, local delivery, and last-mile delivery across the Bronx, Westchester County, and parts of Connecticut. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed before a job begins. We reserve the right to decline any delivery request.
All pricing is confirmed with the customer before any pickup takes place. Quotes are based on distance, item size, weight, and number of stops. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if actual conditions differ from what was described. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking.

We handle all items with care. In the event of loss or damage directly caused by our handling, our liability is limited to the declared or reasonable market value of the item at the time of pickup. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, undisclosed item values, improper packaging by the customer, or delays and damages caused by circumstances outside our control including traffic, weather, or inaccessible locations.
Cancellations must be communicated before the driver departs for pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows after the driver has already departed may be subject to a partial charge to cover time and fuel costs incurred.
We make every effort to deliver on time. However, Delivery By Chams LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather events, inability to access a location, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, and addresses — is used solely to fulfill your delivery request and communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York.
